What can I return?

Any item bought from WHOLESALERKART.COM is eligible for the return policy within 2 days of delivery. In case the items have some sort of manufacturing defect then the item can be returned within 2 days of delivery and WHOLESALERKART.COM will exchange the product after having received it in the warehouse. Returned products are to be returned with all the original packaging and tags that were shipped to you along with the item.

How do I return products to WHOLESALERKART APP?

This is an extremely easy 2 step process:

Once your return is approved Note:

Option A

In case you have chosen the option for COD to pick up the returns, our logistics team will organize this pickup within 48 to 22 hours of placement of the pickup request. Ensure that you are available within these hours of shipment for handing over the returned product to the WHOLESALERKART pickup team.

You will be needed to self-ship the returned product if your pin code is not covered by our pickup services. in this case, refunds are subject to your return's inspection upon receipt from our end

In case of self-shipment, it is advised for you to retain your shipping receipt and update the customer care on (+91)-8376815188. You can also email us your tracking information on dianakorr.insta@gmail.com so that we are able to track the return delivery easily. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for the damage to your return items in the self-shipping process.

The shipping costs are non-refundable.

How long will the entire process take?

Mostly it takes 2 Days to 10 Days or even longer for us to receive your return item. All this is dependent on your location and the courier service that you have opted for. Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order as per normal if you'd like to secure your item before the item arrives with us. Usually an item is restocked within 10 business days.
